It's also time to kick this butt back into weight loss gear. I'll be honest, I gained 40 lbs since starting nursing school. So much sitting and studying had really taken a toll on this body! I would try to make time to work out but man it's difficult. So for lunch today I had tuna on lettuce, 2 egg whites, 1/2 avacado, and homemade ranch with Greek yogurt.
After a nice morning at home I went to lab for the afternoon. We are currently learning chronic health. We discussed hyperthyroidism and hypothyroidism. I was one of the lucky ones who got to get up and present... If one thinks this is lucky:) Man I do ❤️ A white board!
So for dinner it was a pasta night. Everyone else had regular pasta and I found this new amazing piece of equipment at Walgreens and made zucchini spaghetti. I still put my sauce over it and it was amazeballs!! Man I wish I would've met the Veggeti earlier in life.
